Coming to UAE · Targeting 2027, alongside Saudi Arabia

The channel manager and AI frontdesk we're building for UAE

The UAE hospitality market is smaller and more concentrated than Saudi Arabia's, dominated by hotel chains at a premium price point, and already more digitised than most markets fursat OS is researching. We are building it alongside Saudi Arabia rather than as a separate launch, sharing the same Arabic voice and Gulf-specific voice-routing work.

How UAE actually books today

The UAE is relatively digitised already compared with most markets on fursat OS's expansion list, which narrows the gap a synced channel manager closes. Its real opportunity is the same WhatsApp-calling restriction as Saudi Arabia: voice has to run over telecom or a licensed app, and VoIP is a licensed activity, which most India-built voice stacks are not built to handle out of the box.

What we're building for UAE
  • Arabic voice on Cartesia and ElevenLabs, shared work with the Saudi Arabia build.
  • Licensed VoIP routing, since the UAE regulates voice-over-IP more directly than most markets on our list.
  • Local payment rails (Telr, HyperPay or Checkout.com) in place of the India-only Cashfree integration.
Compliance

The UAE's PDPL and sector-specific regulations apply, and VoIP is a licensed activity that constrains how voice calling can be routed.

UAE questions, answered
Is fursat OS live in the UAE yet?

Not yet. We are building this alongside Saudi Arabia, sharing the same Arabic voice and Gulf voice-routing work, targeting 2027. Join early access below to be first in line.

Why is the UAE paired with Saudi Arabia instead of its own launch?

The two markets share the same WhatsApp-calling restriction, the same Arabic voice requirement, and similar payment rails, so building them together is faster than treating them as separate launches. The UAE's market is smaller and more chain-concentrated, so Saudi Arabia leads.
