The channel manager and AI frontdesk we're building for Indonesia
Indonesian villas and homestays, especially in Bali, commonly juggle Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, WhatsApp, direct bookings and offline travel agents on manual calendars, with no dominant OTA covering full demand on its own. fursat OS is building a Bahasa-voice, WhatsApp-first version of the same channel manager and AI frontdesk already running in India, including a direct integration with Traveloka, the regional OTA no channel manager we use today supports.

Operator guides for Bali villas describe the norm as manual: a spreadsheet or a phone screen tracking Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda side by side, with WhatsApp and walk-in bookings layered on top with no calendar sync at all. Cloud PMS adoption is low across Indonesia, which means most properties are set to leapfrog straight to a synced, WhatsApp-native system rather than migrate off an existing one.
- Bahasa Indonesia voice on the same Cartesia voice engine already serving fursat OS in India, so the AI frontdesk sounds native, not translated.
- A direct integration with Traveloka, since it is not covered by the channel-manager network we use for India today and Traveloka publishes an open API for it.
- Local payment rails (Xendit or Midtrans, covering GoPay, OVO and DANA) in place of the India-only Cashfree integration.
Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) is in force; AI-specific guidance (MOCD Circular 9/2023) is non-binding today.
Is fursat OS live in Indonesia yet?
Not yet. We are building the Bahasa voice, WhatsApp and Traveloka integrations described on this page, targeting 2027. Join early access below to be first in line and help shape what we build.
Why does Indonesia need more than Airbnb and Booking.com sync?
No single platform covers full guest demand in Indonesia the way it does in some Western markets. Traveloka alone has a large regional user base that Airbnb and Booking.com do not reach, so a property that wants full visibility needs its calendar synced across all of them at once, without a booking on one silently overbooking another.
Will this replace WhatsApp for guest messages?
No. WhatsApp already is how most Indonesian guests book direct. fursat OS answers those messages and keeps them in sync with every OTA calendar, it does not move guests off WhatsApp.
