  • Is the price really per-property?

    Yes. Each property is its own tenant with its own seats, channels, and reporting. Add or remove properties without contract renegotiation.

  • Do I need a channel manager already?

    No. OTA hookups are included end to end. We provision the channel pipe for you at no extra cost.

  • How does the 30-day performance guarantee work?

    Every paid plan starts with it. If the agent does not touch more booking revenue than its fee in your first 30 days, we refund the month. Touched revenue is tracked call by call and message by message in your dashboard, so you and we look at the same number.

  • What is design-partner pricing?

    Our first 5 chains get AI Frontdesk at ₹8,000 per property per month for their first 90 days, up to 5 properties each, then list price. We onboard 2 chains a month. When the slots are gone, they are gone.

  • Can I cancel?

    Anytime, no penalty. We bill weekly per property via UPI Autopay, so the most you ever waste is a single week. Your data exports cleanly to CSV the moment you ask.

  • How is voice billed?

    Each AI Frontdesk property gets 2,000 AI voice minutes per month; Independent properties get 500. Overage is ₹6 / min. Chain plans pool minutes across the group.

  • What about CCTV / on-site intelligence?

    In private beta on the Chain plan. We support ER-compliant Indian brands (Matrix, ArcisAI, Sparsh, Qubo, Zicom, Godrej) over ONVIF. No Chinese-SoC hardware.
