Free iCal conflict checker

Paste your calendar export link from two channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or Agoda all publish one per listing) and see any dates already double-booked between them. Nothing is stored, this runs once and forgets both links.

Questions, answered

How do I find my iCal export link?

On Airbnb: Calendar > Availability > Sync calendars, then "Export calendar" for the listing you want. On Booking.com: Property > Calendar & pricing > Sync calendars > Export calendar. Booking.com and Vrbo have the equivalent under their own calendar-sync settings. Copy the full link, it usually ends in .ics.

Why would two calendars show the same dates as booked?

Either a genuine double booking already happened (a guest booked the same nights on both channels before either calendar caught up), or one platform is slow to reflect a recent cancellation. iCal links refresh on each platform's own schedule, typically every few hours, not instantly.

Does this tool store the calendar links or booking dates I check?

No. The check runs once when you submit the form and nothing is saved afterward, no account, no database row, no tracking of which links you tested.

How do I stop this from happening again?

A channel manager with real-time two-way sync closes the lag window that causes this, instead of a manual iCal link that only refreshes every few hours. getfursat's free tier does this for Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda at no cost for one or two listings.
