Where to find your Vrbo iCal export link
Your Vrbo iCal export link is under Calendar, then Settings, then the Availability tab, then Calendar sync, then Connect calendars, on the property you want to export. Select Export calendar, optionally include tentative bookings, then Copy URL; the link ends in .ics, per Vrbo's Help Center article "Export your property's reservation calendar."
Step by step, on desktop
From your Vrbo Owner Dashboard, select the property if you manage more than one, then go to Calendar, then Settings, then the Availability tab. Under Calendar sync, select Connect calendars, then Export calendar.
Optionally check Include tentative bookings, a toggle that also blocks dates for inquiries that have not been confirmed yet, useful if you would rather hold a date than risk a double booking while a guest is still deciding. Then select Copy URL. This is your Vrbo iCal export link for that specific property; each property has its own.
On the Vrbo Owner app
The same export is in the Vrbo Owner mobile app, documented in the same Help Center article: tap Calendar, then the settings icon, then the Availability tab, then Calendar sync, then Connect calendars. The button that copies the link is labeled Copy link in the app rather than Copy URL on the web dashboard; the file it produces is the same.
What to do with it
Paste this link into another platform's "import calendar" field, Airbnb calls it Sync calendars, Booking.com calls it Sync calendars in the Extranet, to pull your Vrbo availability there. Or paste it, along with a second platform's export link, into the free iCal conflict checker to see if any dates are currently booked on both.
One caution from Vrbo's own documentation: do not import this same link back into Vrbo itself. Vrbo warns that re-importing your own exported calendar can interfere with payment processing on the booking.

Does my Vrbo export link change over time?
It can, if you delete and recreate a listing, or generate a fresh link from Connect calendars. If sync stops working, re-exporting a new link is the first thing to check.
How many calendars can I import into Vrbo, and how far ahead?
Vrbo's companion import article, "Import a calendar to sync with Vrbo," caps it at up to five imported calendars per property, showing events up to 365 days out. That limit is about importing into Vrbo, not exporting, which has no such cap.
