Where to find your Booking.com iCal export link

Your Booking.com iCal export link is in the Extranet, under your property's Calendar & pricing, then Sync calendars. Copy the export URL shown there; it ends in .ics.

Step by step

Log into the Booking.com Extranet, select your property, then go to Calendar & pricing, then Sync calendars.

Copy the export link shown. If you manage multiple room types, check whether the export covers the whole property or a specific room type; this varies by how your property is set up on Booking.com.

What to do with it

Paste this link into another platform's "import calendar" field to pull your Booking.com availability there. Or paste it, along with a second platform's export link, into the free iCal conflict checker to see if any dates are currently booked on both.

  1. 1
    Booking.com

    Open Sync calendars

In the Extranet: your property, then Calendar & pricing, then Sync calendars.

  2. 2
    Booking.com

    Copy the export link

Copy the .ics URL shown. Check whether it covers the whole property or one room type.

Practical next step

Check if this is already costing you a night right now, or fix it going forward with real-time sync.

Questions, answered
Why can I not find "Sync calendars" in my Extranet?

Booking.com's Extranet layout has changed over time and can vary by account type; if the exact menu label differs, look under Calendar or Availability settings for a "channel manager" or "sync" option.

Does this export include my rates too?

No. The iCal export is availability-only (booked vs. open dates). Rates are not part of the iCal standard; syncing rates requires a channel manager with a direct connection to Booking.com, not an iCal link.
