Where to find your Airbnb iCal export link
Your Airbnb iCal export link is under Calendar, then Availability, then Sync calendars, on the listing you want to export. Airbnb calls this the "Export calendar" link; copy the full URL, it ends in .ics.
Step by step
From your Airbnb host dashboard, open the listing, go to Calendar, then Availability, then Sync calendars.
Under "Export calendar," copy the link shown. This is your Airbnb iCal export URL for that specific listing; if you manage multiple listings, each has its own link.
What to do with it
Paste this link into another platform's "import calendar" field (Booking.com, Vrbo) to pull your Airbnb availability there. Or paste it, along with a second platform's export link, into the free iCal conflict checker to see if any dates are currently booked on both.
- 1
Open Sync calendars
From your Airbnb host dashboard: Calendar, then Availability, then Sync calendars.
- 2
Copy the export link
Under "Export calendar," copy the .ics URL. Each listing has its own.
Check if this is already costing you a night right now, or fix it going forward with real-time sync.
Does my Airbnb export link change over time?
It can, if you delete and recreate a listing, or if Airbnb rotates the link for security reasons. If sync stops working, re-exporting a fresh link is the first thing to check.
Is the export link the same as my listing URL?
No. Your listing URL is the public page guests see. The iCal export link is a separate, non-public calendar feed URL used only for calendar syncing.
