How to sync Agoda and Airbnb calendars

You can sync Agoda and Airbnb calendars for free with iCal: export a calendar link from each platform and import it into the other. Agoda calls this "Calendar connections" (Calendar, then Calendar connections, then Connect calendars), and its own Host Help Center states the connection refreshes every 20 minutes, as of July 2026, faster than most iCal pairs. The part worth knowing before you set it up: Agoda only offers calendar connections for room types with exactly one physical room, so a pooled room type with more than one identical unit is not eligible for it at all.

Where to find the Agoda side

In the Agoda extranet, open your property, go to Calendar, then Calendar connections, and click Connect calendars. Copy the calendar link shown, an .ics URL, and paste it into Airbnb's import field the same way you would any other platform's link.

To pull Airbnb into Agoda, copy Airbnb's export link (on Airbnb: Calendar, then Availability, then Sync calendars), paste it into the "Other website link" field on Agoda's Calendar connections page, name the connection, and click Import. Per Agoda's Host Help Center, the connection then refreshes every 20 minutes.

Free iCal sync refreshes on each platform's own schedule, typically every few hours, not instantly. Real-time sync closes this window to seconds.

The one-room restriction

Agoda's calendar connection is built for a single physical room per room type: per Agoda's own Partner Hub, it is only offered for room types where the room count equals 1, and a room type with more than one unit is not eligible for it. If you list a pooled room type, several identical rooms sold as one listing, Agoda's native iCal connection is not the tool for it.

This is not an Agoda-specific quirk. iCal is a single-unit primitive everywhere it shows up: it can tell you "booked" or "not booked" for one room, not "2 of 3 units booked," so no platform's free calendar-link sync covers a pooled listing correctly. Airbnb does not run into this from the other side, every Airbnb listing is already its own single unit.

What 20 minutes still does not cover

20 minutes is fast as free iCal sync goes, most platform pairs pull every few hours, but it is still a scheduled pull, not an instant push the moment a guest books. A double booking inside that 20-minute window is rare, not impossible.

getfursat's free tier covers this same three-platform combination the same way, book one, block the rest, across Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, for up to 2 listings per property. No card, no subscription, live in 15 minutes.

Questions, answered
Where do I find my Agoda iCal calendar link?

In the Agoda extranet: select your property, go to Calendar, then Calendar connections, then Connect calendars, and copy the calendar link shown there. Paste that link into any other platform's calendar import field.

How often does Agoda's calendar sync update?

Per Agoda's Host Help Center, calendar connections refresh every 20 minutes, as of July 2026. That is faster than most iCal pairs, but it is still a scheduled pull, not instant.

Can I connect Agoda calendar sync for a room type with more than one identical room?

No. Agoda's calendar connection is offered only for room types where the room count is 1; a pooled room type with multiple units is not eligible for the native connection.
