Signup

Which Airbnb link do I paste when signing up?

Signup asks for your Airbnb listing link: the public page a guest sees when they view your property, starting with airbnb.com/rooms/ or airbnb.com/h/. It is not your Airbnb host profile link (airbnb.com/users/show/...) and not your calendar export link (the one ending in .ics); those are used later, for calendar sync, not for signup.

How to find the right link

Open the listing on Airbnb the way a guest would, either from your own Airbnb app or by searching for your property's name. Copy the URL from the address bar once you are on the listing page itself, not a search results page.

If you manage more than one listing, use the link for the property you want to connect first. You can add the others afterward.

If the link doesn't work at signup

A pasted link fails at signup for one of three reasons: it's a profile link instead of a listing link, it's a calendar link (ends in .ics) instead of a listing link, or the listing is currently unpublished or a draft on Airbnb. Publishing the listing on Airbnb first, then pasting its link, resolves the third case.

Questions, answered

What's the difference between a listing link and a calendar link?

A listing link (airbnb.com/rooms/...) is the public page guests see. A calendar link (ends in .ics) is a private feed used only for syncing availability between platforms; you use it later when connecting your calendar, not during signup.

Can I sign up before my Airbnb listing is published?

Sign up once the listing is live on Airbnb. Setup needs to read basic details (photos, address, listing type) directly from the published listing.
