My UPI Autopay setup failed or the OTP did not arrive
Billing on a paid plan uses UPI Autopay: a one-time approval in your bank or UPI app that authorizes recurring monthly charges. If setup failed or an OTP never arrived, this is almost always a bank-app or network issue on the approval step, not something wrong with your account. Retrying from your billing page usually works.
What to check before retrying
Make sure the UPI app you are approving in supports Autopay mandates; most major UPI apps do, but a few limited or business-only apps do not yet support recurring mandates.
If an OTP didn't arrive, this is typically a delay from your bank or network carrier, not from us. Wait a minute and use resend before retrying the whole flow from the start.
Retrying
Go back to your account's billing page and start the mandate setup again. You can retry as many times as needed; a failed attempt never charges you or locks you out.
Will I be charged if the mandate setup fails?
No. A failed or abandoned mandate setup never results in a charge; nothing is billed until the mandate is successfully approved.
Which UPI apps support Autopay?
Most major UPI apps, the ones most Indian banks and payment apps use, support Autopay mandates. If a specific app repeatedly fails, try a different UPI app tied to the same bank account.
I approved it but my plan still shows as not active. What now?
This can take a few minutes to reflect after approval. If it is still not active after that, contact us with your property name.
Message us on WhatsApp with your property name, the exact error or a screenshot, and which step you were on. We will try to reproduce it and reply the same business day.
