What each plan includes and what you are charged
There are three plans. Sync (₹399 per property per month plus GST) connects your existing OTA calendars so they stay in sync, calendar only, for single rooms and whole-property listings. The channel manager plan (₹2,000 per property per month plus GST) adds full multi-platform listing and rate distribution, including pooled room types. "List and manage it for us" is free to set up: we create and manage the listing for you, and you pay 10% only on bookings that come through it.
Sync: ₹399/property/month + GST
Keeps your Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or Agoda calendar in two-way sync so a booking on one side blocks the same dates on the other. It does not list your property on additional platforms.
Covers single rooms and whole-property listings. If a room type has more than one identical unit (a pool of rooms sold as a count), Agoda and Booking.com do not support calendar sync for it either, so it needs the channel manager plan instead.

List and manage it for us: free to set up, 10% per booking
No monthly charge. We create and manage the listing; you pay 10% of the booking value only on bookings that actually come through a listing we created for you. Nothing is charged if there is no booking.
When is GST added?
GST applies to the Sync and channel-manager monthly charges; it is shown separately on your invoice.
Can I be on more than one plan for different properties?
Yes. Each property is billed on whichever plan applies to it.
Where do I see exactly what I was charged?
Your billing page lists every charge with its invoice. See 'Getting a GST invoice' for details.
