Understanding your earnings and insights page
Your earnings page totals what your bookings brought in over the period shown, split into what has already been paid out and what is still upcoming. Your insights page shows occupancy and booking trends over the same kind of window. Both are built from your actual connected bookings; nothing on either page is estimated.
Earnings
Shows a total for the selected month, split into paid (stays already checked out) and upcoming (stays still ahead), along with the underlying booking count, nights, and average rate.
Insights
Shows an occupancy trend and a few supporting facts (average stay length, lead time, cancellation rate) over the selected window, so you can see whether bookings are trending up or down.
Why does a number here differ from what Airbnb shows me?
Different platforms can define a booking period or fee slightly differently, and a plan on the "list and manage it for us" tier includes a service fee. If a specific number looks wrong rather than just differently defined, contact us with the booking in question.
