Connect your Airbnb calendar (two-way sync)
Connecting your calendar is a four-step copy/paste between Airbnb and your account: get Airbnb's calendar link, paste it into your account, copy your account's calendar link, and paste that into Airbnb. Once both are pasted in, a booking on either side blocks the same dates on both.
Step by step
On Airbnb: go to Calendar, select this listing, then Availability, and scroll to Connect calendars, then Connect another calendar. Airbnb shows its own calendar link there (its Step 1); copy it.
On your property page, open the Airbnb card, paste that link into the calendar field, and save.
Copy your account's calendar link, shown on the same screen.
Back on Airbnb, paste that link into Other website link, name it, and tap Add calendar.
After connecting
Sync isn't instant on either side; give a fresh booking or block up to a few hours to show up on the other platform before assuming something's wrong.
Do I need to do this for every listing separately?
Yes. If you manage more than one listing, or more than one room of a property, each has its own calendar link and needs to be connected on its own.
What if I already connected it once and need to redo it?
Airbnb's calendar link can change if you reconnect from Airbnb's side. If that happens, re-paste the new link on your property page; it updates the same connection rather than creating a duplicate.
