How to change or cancel your plan and stop the UPI mandate

You can change or cancel a paid plan from your account's billing page at any time. Canceling stops future charges and also revokes the UPI Autopay mandate; you can also revoke the mandate directly from your bank or UPI app if you'd rather do it from there.

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep whatever plan features you have until then, with no partial-month charge or refund.

Once a plan ends, its features (like calendar sync) stop for the properties on that plan. Your property and its data stay in your account.

Stopping the mandate from your bank

UPI Autopay mandates can also be viewed and revoked directly in your bank's app or UPI app, usually under 'manage mandates'. This stops future charges immediately, even without canceling from your account first, though canceling from your account too keeps your plan status accurate.

Questions, answered

Will canceling delete my property or my bookings?

No. Canceling only stops the paid plan features going forward; your property and its history stay in your account.

Can I switch from Sync to the channel manager plan, or the other way?

Yes, from the billing page. The change and any price difference applies from your next billing date.
